BlueFOX - AI Agent

BlueFOX is your intelligent assistant built into Capnio. Think of it as an ultra-organized colleague who monitors everything in your store 24/7: stock, finance, employees, hygiene. It tells you: “Hey, I noticed something, want me to handle it?” — and if you say yes, it does.

BlueFOX uses artificial intelligence to analyze your data in real time and give you actionable recommendations. But it goes much further:

  • It can connect to external AI agents via the OpenClaw protocol (your own agent, a third-party agent, or any compatible system)
  • It can receive and respond to WhatsApp messages intelligently
  • It has 20 skills across 5 domains that it can execute automatically
  • It generates a daily report analyzing all your store’s data

BlueFOX helps you:

For example, BlueFOX can tell you:

  • “Employee Martin has accumulated 5 late arrivals this month, I recommend a warning”
  • “Your Wednesday revenue has been down 15% for 3 weeks”
  • “Fridge 2 went out of temperature range at 3 AM”

BlueFOX operates in 3 modes that you choose:

BlueFOX suggests actions but does nothing without your approval. You decide.

Example: BlueFOX says “Napkin stock is low, would you like me to create an order?” You click “Yes” or “No”.

This is the recommended mode to start with.

When you open the BlueFOX page, you see 4 tabs:

  • What awaits your validation (supervised mode)

Each action is displayed as a card with a clear summary.

Quick guide to understand BlueFOX and its features.

You can talk directly to BlueFOX via the conversation bar. Type your question in plain language:

  • “How many hours did Sophie work this week?”
  • “What products should I order this week?”
  • “Show me the revenue for the last 30 days”
  • “Who is late today?”
  • “Give me a summary of my store”

OpenClaw is the protocol that allows external AI agents to connect to your Capnio store. Specifically, an AI agent (whether your own agent, a third-party agent, or an automation tool) can:

  • Retrieve the list of available skills in your store
  • Execute skills (create an order, adjust stock, generate a contract…)
  • Receive events in real time (new alert, new clock-in…)
  • Follow your work methods — the agent follows your rules, procedures, and habits
  1. Go to BlueFOXConnections tab
  2. Click Create OpenClaw Token
  3. Give the token a name (e.g., “My AI Agent”, “Planner Agent”)
  4. Capnio generates a unique token in the format capnio_openclaw_xxxxx
  5. Copy this token and configure it in your external agent
  6. The agent connects via WebSocket to Capnio
  7. Upon connection, the agent receives the list of available skills
  8. The agent can now execute skills and receive events

Communication between your agent and Capnio uses WebSocket (permanent connection, real time):

As soon as an OpenClaw agent connects:

  1. It authenticates with its token
  2. Capnio verifies the token and identifies the store
  3. The agent receives a welcome message with available skills
  4. The agent can request the configured work methods (procedures, workflows, rules)
  5. The agent starts working: it reviews data, identifies actions to take, and executes them following your methods

The agent is intelligent: it doesn’t just blindly execute. It analyzes context, verifies that the action is relevant, and follows the procedures you’ve defined in Capnio.

BlueFOX can also answer your questions via WhatsApp. You send a message from your phone, and BlueFOX replies with your store’s data.

  1. Go to BlueFOXConnections tab
  2. WhatsApp section → Click Configure
  3. Connect your Meta Business account (Facebook for Business)
  4. Capnio automatically configures the webhook
  5. Test by sending a WhatsApp message to your business number
  6. BlueFOX replies directly in the WhatsApp conversation

  • “How much revenue did I make yesterday?”
  • “Are there any HACCP alerts?”

BlueFOX understands natural language, responds concisely (adapted to WhatsApp format), and uses your real data.

BlueFOX has 20 skills across 5 categories. Each skill can be executed automatically (via modes), manually (via conversation), or by an external agent (via OpenClaw).

Here are 5 concrete cases showing how BlueFOX and OpenClaw transform store management:

Case 1: The restaurant that forgets to order

The situation: You’re a head chef. It’s Wednesday evening, and you realize you don’t have enough meat for the weekend. Normally, you need to order 48 hours in advance from your supplier.

With BlueFOX:

  1. BlueFOX analyzes stock every day
  2. Monday morning, it detects that meat stock will fall below threshold by Friday
  3. It checks your regular supplier and average order quantities
  4. Assistant Mode: “Your beef stock will be insufficient by Friday. I recommend ordering 15kg from Supplier Dupont. Would you like me to create the order?”
  5. You click “Yes” → the order is created and sent

With OpenClaw: A connected external agent can do the same thing fully automatically. It detects, orders, and informs you — all without you having to open Capnio.

The situation: One of your employees, Thomas, is increasingly late. You don’t notice because you’re not always there at opening time.

With BlueFOX:

  1. Each of Thomas’s late arrivals is automatically recorded via clock-ins
  2. At the 3rd late arrival this month, BlueFOX alerts you: “Thomas has accumulated 3 late arrivals this month (5 min, 12 min, 8 min)”
  3. At the 5th late arrival, BlueFOX recommends: “I suggest starting a warning procedure”
  4. If you accept, Capnio generates the warning letter with all dates and minutes late
  5. Everything is tracked: dates, durations, and your decisions

Via WhatsApp: You’re traveling. You send “Is Thomas late again?” → BlueFOX replies: “Yes, Thomas arrived at 9:12 instead of 9:00. This is his 4th late arrival this month.”

The situation: A hygiene inspector shows up without warning. They want to see your temperature logs for the last 7 days, cleaning tasks, and HACCP incidents.

With BlueFOX:

  1. You ask BlueFOX: “Generate an HACCP report for the last 7 days”
  2. In seconds, BlueFOX compiles:
    • All temperature readings (fridges, freezers) with the time of each reading
    • All completed cleaning tasks (with proof photos)
    • Reported incidents and corrective actions taken
  3. You show the report to the inspector on your screen or print it as PDF

Via WhatsApp:

  1. You dictate a voice message or quickly type: “Dessert stock?”
  2. BlueFOX responds in 5 seconds: “Tiramisu: 8 portions. Chocolate fondant: 12 portions. Crème brûlée: 3 portions (low stock, threshold: 5).”
  3. You immediately know you need to prepare crèmes brûlées

Another WhatsApp example:

  • You: “What’s the lunch revenue?”
  • BlueFOX: “Lunch revenue: €2,340 (card: €1,890, cash: €450). +8% vs last Saturday.”

Case 5: Financial analysis and profitability

The situation: You want to understand why your margin has dropped this month. Normally, you’d need to dig through spreadsheets for 2 hours.

With BlueFOX:

  1. You ask: “Why is my margin lower this month?”
  2. BlueFOX analyzes: revenue, purchases, expenses, supplier prices, product consumption
  3. It responds: “Your gross margin went from 68% to 61% this month. Identified causes:
    • Beef price increased 12% at Supplier Dupont

Can BlueFOX make mistakes? Like any intelligent tool, BlueFOX can sometimes be wrong. That’s why Assistant mode is recommended at first: you always validate before it acts.

What data does BlueFOX have access to? BlueFOX can read all your store’s data in Capnio: employees, clock records, stock, finance, HACCP, workflows, tasks, alerts, anomalies. It doesn’t share this data with anyone.

Can I disable BlueFOX? Yes, go to the Settings tab and disable the categories you don’t want monitored. You can also disable everything.

Does BlueFOX work at night? Yes, BlueFOX works continuously. If something happens at night (for example, a fridge going out of temperature range), it will send you an alert as soon as possible.

How much does BlueFOX cost? BlueFOX is included in your Capnio subscription. There is no additional cost.

Can an OpenClaw agent do everything in my store? An OpenClaw agent only has access to the skills you enable. You can restrict its permissions and disable its token at any time. The agent cannot modify your store’s configuration or access your personal data.

Does the OpenClaw agent follow my work methods? Yes. Upon connection, the agent retrieves the available skills and procedures configured in your store. It acts according to your work methods, not its own. If you’ve defined a specific opening workflow, the agent will follow it.

Is WhatsApp secure? WhatsApp messages go through the Meta Business API (encrypted). BlueFOX doesn’t store conversation content — it analyzes the question, responds, and that’s it. Only message counters are recorded.

Can I connect multiple OpenClaw agents? Yes, you can create as many tokens as needed. Each agent can have a different role (one for stock, one for HR, etc.).

Can BlueFOX act on its own regarding HR? BlueFOX will never start a disciplinary procedure or termination on its own. It can recommend actions and prepare documents, but HR decisions always remain yours.
